OneLondon has published its 2025 Highlights Report setting out our work together during the year joining up information to support efficient, effective and safe care and improve health outcomes for Londoners (18 December 2025).
Our achievements as a partnership include:
- Expanding the Universal Care Plan to new care pathways including frailty and learning disabilities;
- Introducing our new eMental Health Act and 999 Digital Transfer of Care systems;
- Growing the London Care Record so it is supporting more people than ever before;
- Making great progress developing the London Secure Data Environment ahead of its launch next year; and
- Continuing to work with clinical colleagues and Londoners themselves to develop our programmes in partnership.
